Rob is the founder and CEO of the Against Malaria Foundation.

He started World Swim Against Malaria by persuading twenty people to give him 5,000 swimmers each.

Rob's business background is in strategy consulting, event management and publishing. He studied at Cambridge University (chemical engineering) and has an MBA from Harvard.

He loves all sport and used to be a half decent football player (so he says) once upon a time. He now runs, cycles, skis and mountain climbs and was pleased with a recent sub-four-hour marathon given his advanced age.

He lives in London with his wife Catherine and four children aged 19, 16, 15 and 13.
